Black soldier fly
The black soldier fly technology presents diverse and lucrative business opportunities in agriculture and waste management.
The technology has exceptional waste conversion abilities, transforming organic waste into biofuel and biodiesel development, pet food manufacturing and the production of valuable compost and oils, thus addressing waste disposal challenges in Ghana.
Additionally, opportunities exist in pet food manufacturing, technology research, consulting services, and byproduct utilization.
At the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission, we train and build the capacity of entrepreneurs and interested persons to deploy the use of this technology to earn an income and make sustainable business out of it.
